As the price raise of the metallic materials, more & more base stations are stolen, especially the brass, copper wires & copper tubes. At the same time, air conditioners, batteries, link feeder lines & transformers have also become the thieves’ targets. In a city, some statistics show that more than 40％ of the base stations were stolen every year and the direct economic losses hit RMB1-1.2 million. In that province, the direct economic losses are about RMB10 million & the indirect losses are immeasurable.

The resent motion & environment monitoring system mainly collects the parameters of the power, battery & environment from equipments in the base stations. Through the fiber transmission system, the parameters are sent to the computers of the network managers who mainly do the business in the center, but the operation maintainers & agent maintainers can not get the accurate and immediate alarm information.

The burglar alarm system researched by our company is based on the criterion of the base station’s operation maintenance & agent management. It mainly directs against the security & administration of the main equipments, furthermore, it adopts the latest anti-theft technology to monitor the often lost equipments, including the entrance guards, air conditioners, link feeder lines, batteries, copper wires, copper tubes & so on. The alarm information will be sent to the mobile phones of the operation maintainers & agent maintainers as the form of SMS. This system is practical, economic & convenient to administrate.

    This network receiving center system is based on GSM network & made up of a computer, an alarm receiving host & a set of software. The system receives various kinds of information (including alarm information, setting & repealing alarm information, inspecting information & so on) from every alarm place through the network. The alarm information will be displayed on the computer. At the same time, the voice prompt is shooting. So the emergencies can be treated by the relevant people immediately.
